Kelly Ramos Campos first began her Domino’s journey working in the office of a franchisee in California. After 12 years of back-office experience, she decided to pursue operations and begin her path to becoming a franchisee herself. At this time Kelly found herself with two new reasons to pursue her dreams. Kelly’s two children became the fuel she needed every day to keep pushing forward. After pivoting to operations full-time, Kelly dedicated all the time and energy she could to becoming the best General Manager she could be. While being a GM she simultaneously found herself supervising and extending her support beyond her own store,

In the year that Kelly was both a supervisor and GM, she would enroll in FMS. Through networking, Kelly developed the support system she needed to succeed in FMS. Finally, Kelly would become a Franchisee in 2023 buying two stores in Flagstaff, Arizona. Currently with 3 stores, two in Flagstaff, and one in Show Low, AZ.

The road to becoming a franchisee is a long and arduous journey. Kelly will never forget where and when she needed support. She created the DWLA as a platform to extend support to women across the nation who are, in the process, or dreaming of becoming a franchisee just like she had.
